Excellent Short globe lantern marked for the BELT railway out of Chicago, Illinois. Not a lantern guy will try and explain condition best I can. Also if you need more pictures for better looks, don't hesitate to ask. Lantern has the bigger more desirable BELT letters marked on the lid. Lantern looks to me having never been fired up. Has a Adlake 300 pot, with the wick moving up & down no issues. The globe looks to be newer with no markings on it. ( Such as Adlake ) Finding lanterns in this condition are few and far between.
