The Rock island had several different switch cuts for various departments. Of all the different key cuts, two were for the main line switch cuts. Not sure when they switched over to the newer cut. The older switch cuts usually had the A&W hex, oval or big left handed Adlake. A some what harder key to find has CRI&P deeply stamped, with the RR showing more wear. An added bonus is the small squares instead of periods. Back side has the A&W oval logo with the big S for switch. Key has near perfect pocket wear.
