Could be a great Eastern road addition missing from the collection stamped DL&W for the Delewear Lackawanna & Western Railway. Tapered choke barrel key dating it around the 1880's. Does have a worn Hallmark on the back. Letters are worn. But the DL&W ones still are legible. Nice smooth pocket worn finish considering almost 150 years old.
