Milwaukee Road Leg Wraps

Two lightly used leg wraps marked for the Milwaukee Road railroad. In my opinion in good condition and some what heavier duty thickness. Well made with snaps not velcro to fastenen. Not sure what the W.S.T. stands for. Maybe Western System ???
