The Pennsylvania railroad had 25-35 of these District / Divisional stamped keys. This particular key is marked EX for the Eastern District / Philadelphia Terminal. Having nice moderate pocket wear, with a low serial number 264. Many of these keys had no Hallmark. This one is unmarked on the back side.
