Seldom offered lock & key set both marked for the Western Pacific Railroad is in good working order. Shackle pops up nicely when the key is turned. Lock is very old dated the first quarter 1936. ( 1/36 ). Lock has seen some use considering the age. having some scratches on the back side. The key has seen use but all the letters are legible. Key has that nice smooth pocket finish to it. The key has the smaller adlake on the back. Nice key with WP RR stamped on the front. Usually the the older keys have the RR. You always see the later issued ones having just WP.
